The Bianco iSolar SOLAR370 3" Helical Solar Bore Pump Kit provides a solar-powered water supply solution for farms, rural properties and remote locations. Designed for pumping from suitable bores, wells, tanks and reservoirs, it is ideal for transferring water into storage tanks and replenishing livestock water supplies where mains electricity is unavailable or difficult to access. Available with or without solar panels and a post mounting array, this kit allows you to choose the package that best suits your water supply and installation requirements.

The system combines a 0.37 kW solar motor with a helical rotor positive displacement pump, providing a maximum flow of 25 L/min and a maximum head of 80 m. The helical rotor design makes use of the motor’s operating range as solar conditions change, supporting water delivery during periods of reduced sunlight when sufficient power is available. A matched 48 V solar controller manages the pump’s solar input, while the 1" BSP male outlet connects to the delivery pipework. Actual flow depends on the total pumping head, solar input and pipework losses.

Both kit options include the pump and motor, PDP3 solar controller, 30 m motor cable with four-pin connector, float/level switch, nylon safety rope and non-return valve. Select NO PANEL when supplying a compatible solar array separately, or choose PANEL & ARRAY for the package with 2x 300 W solar panels, a double-panel post mounting array and plug-and-play DC isolator. Suitable for new rural pumping installations and windmill replacement projects, the SOLAR370 offers a practical way to transfer water using available sunlight, with delivery pipework and site-specific installation accessories selected separately.

SPECIFICATIONS

Performance note: Maximum flow and maximum head are separate performance limits and do not occur simultaneously. Select the pump using its performance curve and the flow required at your total pumping head.

INSTALLATION INFORMATION

Delivery pipework, bore fittings and other site-specific installation accessories are selected separately. The NO PANEL variant also requires a compatible solar array and suitable mounting arrangement.

Solar array selection must remain within the controller’s operating voltage, maximum open-circuit voltage and maximum current limits. Confirm your pumping water level, delivery elevation, pipework losses and required flow before selecting the system. Consider the supplied 30 m motor cable when planning the installation depth.
