When tracking has been added to a shipment, use the available tracking link to open the carrier’s updates. Check your junk folder if you cannot find the email.

From Order Received to Tracking Available
These are explanations of the statuses you may see. Sign in above to check your own order.

Order Received
Your order has been placed and is awaiting fulfilment. Payment status is shown separately in your order details.

Fulfilled
The order has been marked as fulfilled. If tracking has not been attached, a carrier tracking link may not yet be available.

Tracking Available
Tracking details have been attached to a shipment. Open the tracking link in your order details or shipping email for carrier updates.
Partially Fulfilled
Some items have been fulfilled and others remain outstanding. Your order may have separate shipments and tracking links.
Pickup & Delivery Updates
Pickup orders may not have carrier tracking. Fulfilled does not necessarily mean in transit or delivered; check your notifications and any carrier updates.

Common Questions
My order is fulfilled but there is no tracking.
Tracking may not have been added, or your order may use pickup or a delivery method without online tracking. Contact our team if you need clarification.
My tracking number has no updates.
A tracking number can be created before the carrier scans the parcel. Check the carrier’s tracking page again later, or contact our team if you need assistance.
Can I track more than one shipment?
Open your order details and check each available shipment. Separate shipments may have different tracking numbers and delivery dates.
What if my order was cancelled?
Check the cancellation and payment information in your order details. Contact our team if you have questions about the cancellation or any refund.
